Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client:

1.1 Notice Period: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 10 business days before the scheduled consultancy session. Notice can be given via email to info@carbonandfinch.com.

1.2 Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total consultancy fee.

1.3 No-Show: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultancy session without prior notice will forfeit the entire consultancy fee.

2. Rescheduling:

2.1 Notice Period: Clients wishing to reschedule must provide written notice at least 10 business days before the scheduled session. Notice can be given via email to info@carbonandfinch.com

2.2 Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a suitable alternative date cannot be agreed upon, the cancellation policy as outlined in Section 1 will apply.

3. Refunds:

3.1 Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the consultancy session is cancelled by Carbon & Finch or is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the booking or if there is a significant issue with the consultancy service provided.

3.2 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation notice.

3.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

4. Refunds for Service Issues:

4.1 Request for Refund: Clients must notify Carbon & Finch within 5 business days of the consultancy session if they believe there is an issue with the service provided.

4.2 Assessment: All refund requests due to service issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed as outlined in Section 3.
