After completing the project and ensuring a smooth transition, Carbon & Finch handed over the ongoing operations and support to a local partner in 2021, stepping back from further involvement in the initiative.

The Challenge
Vodafone faced significant challenges in retaining their existing project team. As Carbon & Finch joined the project at an early stage, they took over more responsibilities. The engagement included completing the key integrations into Microsoft Dynamics 365, configuring modules such as Retail, HR, Workflows, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Assets Management, Credit and Collections, and Stock Management.
Successful Implementation
After their collaboration with Carbon & Finch, Vodafone went live with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in December 2021. To ensure smooth operations, Vodafone continues to receive ongoing support from Carbon & Finch.

By partnering with Carbon & Finch, Vodafone overcame challenges in finding specialised staff to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The project remained on track, delivering all modules as originally planned.
With the go-live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Vodafone efficiently manages up to 15,000 new orders per day. The HR module, featuring employee self-service and workflows for approvals, enables seamless staff management. System integrations across six different technology providers automate end-to-end processes, from order to cash, including delivery.
